SCE Optima Eastside Investors, LLC is a joint-venture partnership with a Columbus, GA-based multi-family developer to build a 252-unit Class-A apartment project in Greenville, SC. SCE provided Preferred Equity to the partnership and is being paid a current distribution during the construction period. The project is progressing as expected, on schedule and in-line with budget. The first two buildings were delivered in the summer of 2025 with the three remaining buildings anticipated to be delivered by beginning of 2026.
