SCM Savannah CM, LLC is a joint venture with a commercial real estate owner and operator based in Charleston, SC for the acquisition of an iconic mixed-use property that comprises four pedestrian-oriented city blocks in the Historic District of downtown Savannah, GA. Our introduction with the operating partner came through one of our fellow investors who had a personal relationship with the prior owners, as they wished to find an institutionally capable partner with a generational mindset to participate in the capitalization and execution of the business plan. Operations have been performing better than expected at acquisition.
