SCM ODL Medical Investors, LLC is a joint-venture with a Maryland-based commercial real estate operator and one of the largest medical providers in Howard County, Maryland, for the acquisition and conversion of a traditional office campus into a medical use complex in Columbia, MD. SCM provided Preferred Equity to the partnership. The conversion process is progressing as anticipated and is on schedule with the initial underwriting and business plan. This was the second Preferred Equity investment with a member of the sponsorship group.
