Capital Club @ Godley Station in Pooler, GA was a joint-venture partnership with an Atlanta-based multi-family developer to construct Class A apartments in a master planned community in a growing sub-market of Savannah in which SCM provided Preferred Equity. After exceeding expectations on lease-up, the asset was sold six months after construction completion at a sale price well in excess of the amount needed to fully retire the preferred equity investment.
