Fourthline Capital Management, LLC ("FLC") acquired 200 Meeting Street in Charleston, South Carolina in a joint-venture with a prominent family enterprise from the Southeast. We acquired the asset from a distressed seller in a protracted transaction that took 15 months to close between presenting our first term sheet in March 2024 and closing on the acquisition in May 2025. The business plan is to bring the office component back to top of the market standards, introduce brand-new retail offerings in the first floor, and operate the parking garage through a technology-first approach.
