SCE Zimmerman Investors, LLC is a joint-venture partnership with a Spartanburg, GA-based industrial developer to build Phase I of an industrial park which consists of 459,680 SF across two buildings at the intersection of I-85 and I-26 in Spartanburg, SC. SCE provided Preferred Equity to the partnership and is being paid a current distribution during the construction period. Delivery is anticipated by year-end 2025.
